Canterbury or London Office£40,000 to £60,000 dependent on experience + uncapped commission

As one of the leading residential property recruitment experts in the UK, we are able to offer an exciting newly-created role for the right recruitment professional to make their own. From day one, you will be given the autonomy to shape the role and provide a 360 candidate to client service. Once established in the role, we will be looking to grow your team and as such you will be managing 2 to 3 graduate or senior recruitment consultants. We have offices in Canterbury and London but we still fully embrace working from anywhere with most of the team continuing to work from home 90% of the week. We are a business focused on results rather than facetime, internal politics or ringing a bell like they did in the 1990s. The basic salary on offer is £40,000 to £60,000 and depends on experience. however, we will expect you to be making as much as £10,000 a month due to the uncapped commission potential on offer.

Responsibilities:

  • 360 recruitment, client through to candidate management 
  • Supporting junior consultants within the team
  • Head hunting passive candidates on the market for specific roles
  • Social media and email marketing 
  • Candidate generation and qualification 
  • Strategic development of the team, alongside other senior consultants

Requirements:

  • 4 years minimum experience in recruiting site managers, construction managers and project managers
  • Understanding and to house building and residential development markets
  • Experience of managing a team in the construction recruitment market.
  • Ambitious and driven, hungry to succeed in a money driven environment 
  • An interest in strategic business development
