Head of Marketing – housebuilding

Head office Location: Cambridgeshire

Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 plus bonus and package

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a prestigious new homes developer as their newly appointed Head of Marketing.

With head office based in Cambridgeshire you will be part of the Group Sales and Marketing team reporting directly to the CEO. Due to the requirements of this role, you will be expected to report to head office with occasional site visits. The role is hybrid and you will be expected to travel to site and head office when required.

We are on the lookout for either an established Head of Marketing within the property industry, or an experienced Senior Marketing Manager looking for a step up.

To be suitable for this role, you will already be an experienced property Marketing professional who has a background and demonstrable history in a senior role, ideally having managed and lead the marketing function for a housebuilder or leading new homes agent.

You will be strong on digital marketing and able to produce unique ideas to champion and change the face of the business in a time where housebuilders need to refocus their strategies.

You will take responsibility for corporate events, branding, show homes, digital plan, and the communications strategy (internal and external). You will also build a team to work with you in a group function.

It is essential you have experience in a senior capacity working for a housebuilder and have successfully managed and lead teams, whilst also delivering yourself.

You will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing across live and upcoming projects within the region, you will Full responsibility for the development and implementation of strategy across the division.

You will be an experienced marketing professional with new homes industry experience having worked for a house builder. You will be creative, thorough, have an excellent eye for detail and have a true passion about the industry and marketing. It is expected for you to work closely with the other department heads and to be able to manage external stakeholders.

You will have overall responsibility for the marketing strategy, creating and developing a plan to implement all marketing and communications. You will also evaluate the success of the marketing activities through reporting and analysis and it is expected for you to act as the link between the business and board.
