Head office Location: City of LondonSalary: £80,000 – £90,000 plus bonus and package

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a prestigious new homes developer as their newly appointed Head of Marketing overseeing the department and with overall responsibility for delivering on some of the capitals most breath taking scheme. On the lookout for either an established Head of Marketing within the property industry, or an experienced Senior Marketing Manager looking for a step up.

With head office based in Central London you will be part of the Sales and Marketing team reporting directly to the Managing Director. Due to the requirements of this role, you will be expected to report to head office with occasional site visits.

To be suitable for this role, you will already be an experienced property Marketing professional who has a background and demonstrable history in a senior role, having managed and lead a team for a housebuilder or leading new homes agent.

You will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing across live and upcoming projects within the region, you will manage the Marketing Managers and have full responsibility for the development and implementation of strategy across the division.

You will be an experienced marketing professional with new homes industry experience having worked for a house builder in London. You will be creative, thorough, have an excellent eye for detail and have a true passion about the industry and marketing. It is expected for you to work closely with the other department heads and to be able to manage external stakeholders.

You will have overall responsibility for the marketing strategy, creating and developing a plan to implement all marketing and communications. You will also evaluate the success of the marketing activities through reporting and analysis and it is expected for you to act as the link between the business and board.

  • New homes marketing experience for a developer or new homes agency
  • Currently a Head of Marketing looking for a change, or, a Senior Marketing Manager looking to step up
  • Knowledge of the new homes property market with experience with the London market and international marketing of new homes
