Job description

We are working with a leading residential property developer based in Bournemouth, Dorset now looking for a Head of Sales to lead the function. 

Reporting into the Managing Director, on offer is a basic salary of up to £80,000 plus package.  

This role comes with the chance to develop a new region, appointing a team and running flagship schemes at an exciting time of growth. The business has an extensive pipeline and you would manage multiple schemes from cradle to grave, taking on more projects as they come online throughout the year.

You will be a proven sales professional, you will have new homes sales experience working for either a house builder or retirement developer. You will have launched and successfully managed new homes sites, you will have a strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and have a clear understanding of the process involved when working with agents.

You will report into the Managing Director and on offer is a basic salary of up to £80,000 plus package.

N.B. Only applicants who have the relevant experience in New Homes sales will be considered.

Key requirements:

  • Extensive new home sales experience at management level.
  • Worked for a house builder or retirement developer in sales and marketing. 
  • Understanding and background of setting strategy and sales forecasting in the new homes industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Very driven and determined to succeed.
  • Valid UK driving licence
