Job description.

An exciting opportunity to work for a dynamic international property family fund that has a large uk presence. The business operates across a number of key areas of property development, land acquisition, build to rent (btr) operations and hotel operations.


Because of recent growth the business is now looking to appoint a hr manager to oversee all operations in the UK from a human resource, recruitment and legal compliance perspective.


You will oversee multi business operations with varying HR needs and requirements so its important that you enjoy working in dynamic and fast paced environments where you will be given a lot of autonomy.


The client ideally wants to recruit a hr manager with detailed experience in the residential property or build to rent (BtR) or hotel operations. The business mainly operates in the property and btr/ hotel market so a good understanding of these markets from a HR perspective would be very much advantageous.


You would work alongside the managing director and divisional heads of each business unit in making sure all hr and recruitment practises areimg-align-ed and compliant. You will take the lead of reviewing and making your employee benefits are best in industry and then the well being of staff and contractors is maintained.


As the business is going through a projected period of growth you will play a prominent role in the business as head count increases and also current team members are upskilled. Longer term it is expected that you will develop into a hr director as the company scales.


Ideally you will be working for a property developer, build to rent or hotel operator already.


Ideally experiences

  • Experienced hr manager with 8 years + pots grad experience
  • Understanding and experience in the property, construction or build to rent industry
  • Used to working in dynamic and fast paced environments with a lot of autonomy
  • Demonstrable track record of overseeing all human resource and recruitment strategies for a business
  • An ability to build out a progressive talent attraction and retention strategy
