Job description.

I am currently working with a leading retirement home specialist business in the UK who want to appoint a Land Buyer. This company is wanting to bring in an additional Land buyer due to the planning of acquiring many additional sites throughout 2023.

The role will be based in Hampshire and coving the patch of Hampshire, Berkshire, and Dorset. You will be working with the Senior Land Manager but will also have the opportunity to acquire sites independently.

You will be an Assistant Land Buyer or Land Buyer with 1- 4 years’ experience post university currently working for a leading housebuilder. You will have the beginnings of a portable book of contacts in the desired patch.
