Working for one of the country’s leading PLC house builders this role is perfect someone wanting to work hard and progress quickly.

The region which covers Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire,, Northamptonshire and Weset Norfolk builds 550 units per annum and have solid land bank for next 3 years, they bought 7 sites last year but need to continue pilling things into the pipeline. The role would be to work alongside the Land Director and the Strategic Planner to review & purchase new sites.

Salary circa £40-60k depending on experience with bonus, car & health benefits.
