We are one of the top 3 recruiters in the property industry and an enviable track record of placing senior candidates into high profile roles.


We have an impressive client base included a number of FTSE listed businesses as well as private equity backed start-ups. Over the past 12 months we have experienced a period of sustained growth with the company doubling in size.


We will double in size again in 2017 and have a fantastic new website and branding which will only accelerate this growth.


We work predominately in the middle management to director level (salary circa £50k - £200k) and operate on mainly a search and selection basis whereby we actively head hunt candidates and sell career opportunities with our clients.


The role

We are now looking to recruit an experienced recruiter who has a previous history of managing teams. You will join TDM in a senior or managing consultant role to head up a warm desk in the residential property industry.


Initially you will be responsible for writing and then delivery the business unit strategy utilising our existing client base and the in-house marketing and business development functions.


Once we have secured a level of work and client base (ideally within 1-2 months) you will build a team around you to deliver the work.


You will form part of the senior management team and take an active role in the day to day running of the business as a whole.


General responsibilities

  • Complete management of a dedicated area of the property industry.
  • Managing of consultants and senior consultants in your team
  • Planning and implementation of monthly & quarterly strategies
  • Be part of the senior management team and add value across the business.

Key Requirements

  • Ideally degree qualified (any subject and grade is welcome)
  • Very ambitious and driven individual
  • Experienced recruiter who has worked on mid – senior level appointments (£50k - £150k salaries)
  • Previous background of running teams and managing targets for junior team members.
  • Essential that you have a background in head hunting, not just linkedin head hunting but pure cold calling and selling jobs.
  • A solid history of recruiting in the financial or investment industries.
  • Money motivated and hungry to succeed in everything you do.
