Are you looking to join a Graduate Scheme in which you will benefit from on the job training from industry experts and exposure to a host of sectors across the business? TDM are looking for a Marketing and Business Support Graduate to join our team. 

TDM Recruitment Group is a Kent based executive search consultancy, who have undergone an exciting period of growth, and now have nearly 30 active consultants within the business and are in the top 3 within the Residential Property and Construction Recruitment industry. 75% of our existing team have progressed from our TDM Academy, wherein they started with no recruitment experience whatsoever, and are now recognised professionals within the industry.

In order to continue our success, we are looking for a Marketing and Business Support Graduate to join the ranks of TDM in a split-function role, supporting two functions within the business; Marketing and HR/L&D, reporting into the Marketing Manager and People, Learning and Development Manager.

TDM Graduate Scheme 
Joining our Graduate Scheme, you will be put through a rigorous, six month training programme, designed to deliver on the job introduction to a variety of situations and tasks. 

You will benefit from the following training and exposure: 

Digital marketing, including social media and mailshot strategy management 
Data and analytics management 
Producing marketing materials across the business
Developing and producing training literature 
Supporting the HR and L&D function of the business 
Assisting in the running of Talent Attraction programme 
Attending careers talks, fairs and developing local business network 
Website and SEO, SEM and PPC knowledge development (you will be given training on this)

Throughout your six month training programme you will be exposed to a variety of tasks designed to test and develop your knowledge, in order to develop you into an autonomous function within the business.

You will be joining a team who are switched on, busy and under pressure to succeed and support a leading property recruitment firm. You will be supported and trained in all aspects of your role however be expected to take a hands on approach and be keen to get stuck in wherever you may be required, including wider administrative support across the business.


Starting salary for the Graduate Scheme is £18,000, rising in line with duties and responsibilities.

Key requirements

To be successful in your application you will need to be a recent graduate (within the previous 3 years’) or be on course to graduate in 2019, with a minimum 2:2 in any subject discipline.

To succeed within this team you will need to be driven and capable of succeeding under pressure with tight deadlines. You will have a key attention to detail and be confident in presenting new and dynamic ideas to the team for marketing purposes. We are looking for someone who can think outside the box and is keen to go above and beyond. Like the wider team, we require someone with an outgoing personality and a cracking sense of humour is a definite bonus when you’re working in a pressurised and confidential environment. You must be able to keep strict confidentiality as you will be exposed to wider business strategies.
