There is a new opening for a Marketing Coordinator to be a part of a growing and progressive house developer based near Hackney, East London! If you are a current Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Assistant who is dedicated to taking your career to the next level, then this may be the one for you!

On offer is a basic of up to £30,000 plus an agile working arrangement. You will spend your time split between the office in Hackney and Home. You will be buzzing to team up with this young and vibrant team, delivering 5* volume developments across London. Having good knowledge of the New Homes Market working for a housebuilder is desirable and you will have experience working within a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, on offer is a basic salary of up to £30,000. The company is now recruiting for a New Homes Marketing Coordinator who is organised, efficient and adaptable to new challenges.

Key requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year marketing experience in new homes working for a housebuilder
• Currently a Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Assistant eager for career progression
• Digital and traditional marketing experience
• Organised, efficient and able to think outside the box
• Passionate about property
• Valid UK driving licence
