Job description.

I am currently recruiting for a leading housebuilder looking to on board a Marketing Coordinator. The role is remote and you will occasionally travel to regional offices in the North West (all expenses paid) but will spend the majority of your time delivering on projects from home, working with the Group Marketing Manager. On offer is a basic salary up to £28,000. 

You will work across 4 regions and manage the strategy working with the sales directors for each region and ensuring the relevant marketing functions agencies deliver on sites.

The successful candidate will have experience with the following:Experience of working within a similar challenging and fast-paced environment for a housebuilder or property development company is essential

The role would suit an established Marketing Assistant, Marketing Coordintor or Marketing Executive with 1+ years’ experience in the industry. Manage data and leads with regions Monitor advertising budgets, as well as media and production costs and report as required with regionsManage social media channels and responses with regionsManage point of sale literature and collateral as required with agencies Ensure that web content is up to date and relevant according to market trends with in house teamsCollate and manage regular sales figuresKey requirements:Marketing experience in New Homes working for a house builder.Currently a Marketing ExecutiveCreative and able to think outside the boxA team player.Passionate about property.Valid UK driving licenceThe ideal candidate will have previous marketing experience, the candidate must have property experience-private or housing association.
