A 5* housebuilder is looking to onboard a Marketing Executive based near Perry Common, West Midlands! The company is searching for a proven new homes marketing professional to join a creative and growing marketing team to work on a stream of upcoming projects. 

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £35,000 plus mileage and bonus.

This opportunity will suit someone with housebuilding experience who is ready to hit the ground running, committed to delivering market brand principles and apply their creativity. You will join a company that enables you to develop your marketing skills and achieve your aspirations.

You will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager and the team to manage and deliver marketing activities which are designed to raise the profile of the developments and generate sales. Attention to detail and excellent organisation skills is key! It is essential you have amazing work ethic in this collaborative environment and have a desire to produce excellent quality work. You will have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages and have used CRM systems, CMS systems and email systems.

On offer is up to £35,000 plus mileage and bonus.

 Key requirements:

• Marketing experience in New Homes working for a housebuilder
• Current Marketing coordinator/Executive for a developer
• Creative and able to think outside the box
• Amazing work ethic
• Passionate about property
• Valid UK driving licence
