marketing executive
Job description.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced marketing executive to work for a leading housebuilder near Bicester. The role would involve a mix of working from home, from head office and travelling between sites across Oxfordshire. Reporting in to the Marketing Manager, you will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £30,000 plus additional benefits.
This opportunity would suit an established marketing executive, or, a marketing coordinator or marketing assistant looking to step up, with experience in delivering marketing strategies for residential developments. It is desirable to have worked in housebuilding for developer or an estate agent.
You will be used to delivering integrated marketing campaigns, working to schedule and managing budgets. You will have generated direct marketing, have experience in literature production and have assisted in the coordinatation of events. You will have an understanding of digital marketing campaigns, CRM systems, social media and PR and will manage online property portals. You will work closely with the sales team to measure the success of campaigns.Y ou will be involved in event coordination, producing brochures, signage and show home set up.
You will be creative, innovative, proactive, a team-player and have a real passion for property. You will be able to manage multiple projects and will be highly organised and able to work to deadlines. It is essential you are self motivated, able to work within a team and have the ability deliver to deadlines. You will have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages and have used CRM systems, email systems and web CMS systems.
You will report into the Marketing Manager and on offer is a basic salary of up to £30,000 plus package.
Experience of working within a similar challenging and fast-paced environment for a housebuilder or property development company is desirable but not essential:
