A leading housebuilder is looking to onboard a Marketing Executive based near Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire! The company is searching for a proven new homes marketing professional to join a creative and growing marketing team to work on a stream of live and upcoming projects. 

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £35,000 plus bonus and flexible working!

This opportunity will suit a current Marketing Executive or Marketing Coordinator with housebuilding experience, who is ready to hit the ground running, committed to delivering market brand principles and apply their creativity. You will join a company who are committed to upskilling their staff, enables their people to develop their marketing skills.

You will be responsible for assisting the Head of Marketing and the team to manage and deliver marketing activities which are designed to raise the profile of the developments and generate sales. Attention to detail and excellent organisation skills is key! It is essential you have amazing work ethic in this collaborative environment and have a desire to produce excellent quality work. You will have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages and have used CRM systems, CMS systems and email systems.

On offer is up to £35,000 plus bonus.

Key requirements:

• Marketing experience in New Homes working for a housebuilder
• Current Marketing coordinator/Executive for a developer
• Creative and able to think outside the box
• Amazing work ethic
• Passionate about property
• Valid UK driving licence
