Job description.

We are working with a leading developer looking to recruit a Marketing Manager. The business is looking for a proven marketing professional to lead the Regional Marketing function across their portfolio of upcoming developments across the Eastern Home Counties. The role will be based at their head office in Harpenden, Hertfordshire.

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, you will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £50,000 plus car allowance. 

This opportunity would suit an established Marketing Manager with experience in developing marketing strategies for residential developments or a Senior Marketing Executive craving a step up! It is a requirement to have worked for a housebuilder or developer.

You will be creative, innovative, proactive, a team-player and have a real passion for property. You will be able to manage multiple projects and will be highly organised and able to work to deadlines. It is essential you are self-motivated, able to work within a team and have a hunger and desire to deliver to deadlines and budgets.  You will have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages and have used CRM systems, email systems and web CMS systems

You will report into the Sales and Marketing Director and on offer is a basic salary of up to £50,000 plus car allowance.

Key requirements:

• Marketing experience in New Homes working for a house builder.
• Currently a Marketing Manager for a developer
• Creative and able to think outside the box
• A team player.
• Passionate about property.
• Valid UK driving license
