Marketing Manager
Job description.
A leading developer is looking to on board a new homes Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy across a wealth of projects across the region. This role will be based in Northampton.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, on offer is a basic salary of £37,000 plus bonus, a company car or car allowance and other group benefits.
You will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing across live and upcoming projects within the region. This role will suit a current Marketing Manager or Marketing Executive craving a step up in the new homes industry.
You will be an experienced marketing professional with new homes industry experience having worked for a house builder. You will be creative, thorough, have an excellent eye for detail and have a true passion about the industry and marketing.
It is expected for you to work closely with the department head and liaise with the marketing team members as well as working closely with the sales teams and suppliers.
You will gather market research and analyse for future developments to establish the target audience. With overall responsibility for the marketing strategy, you will create and develop a plan and implement all marketing and communications. You will also evaluate the success of the marketing activities through reporting and analysis and it is expected for you to act as the link between the region and group providing the key information to board.
It is essential you have experience procuring and creating marketing collateral for developments such as advertising, brochures, email, website, awards, newsletters etc. As well, you will be required to create a media plan and work closely with PR agents.
You will organise and ensure the smooth running of site launches and company events. It will be expected that you conduct site visit to the regions developments as and when required. It will also be your responsibility to manage the department budget.
On offer is a basic salary of £37,000 plus package, a company car or car allowance and other group benefits.
Key requirements
- Minimum of 1 year marketing experience with a proportion in the property industry with a new homes developer
- Excellent computer skills
- Understanding of web technologies
- Solid time management and the ability to work to budget
- Ability to produce reports for board level circulation
- Valid UK driving license
