Job description.

We are working with a leading housebuilder looking to recruit a Marketing Manager. The business is looking for a proven new homes marketing professional to lead the marketing strategy across their portfolio of up coming developments. 

You will spilt your time between head office in Cheshunt, Herfordshire, on site and working from home. This role offers agile working with 2 days expected in head office/on site. Sites are based across North and East London.

Reporting in to the Head of Marketing, you will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £55,000 plus package including car allowance and bonus.

This opportunity would suit an established marketing manager with experience in developing marketing strategies for residential developments. It is a requirement to have worked for a housebuilder or developer.

You will be used to delivering integrated marketing campaigns, working to schedule and managing budgets. You will have experience developing strategy and working with PR and creative agencies. You will have generated direct marketing, have experience in literature production and have coordinated events. You will have an understanding of digital marketing campaigns and have set up micro sites to launch and sell sites. You will work closely with the sales team to measure the success of campaigns.

You will be creative, innovative, proactive, a team-player and have a real passion for property. You will be able to manage multiple projects and will be highly organised and able to work to deadlines. It is essential you are self motivated, able to work within a team and have a hunger and desire to deliver to deadlines and budgets. 

You will manage the Marketing Executive and Marketing Administrator.

Reporting in to the Head of Marketing, you will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £55,000 plus package including car allowance and bonus.You will have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages and have used CRM systems, email systems and web CMS systems

N.B. Only applicants who have marketing experience in new homes working for a developer will be considered.  

Key requirements:

  • Marketing experience in New Homes working for a house builder, housing association or estate agent
  • Currently a Marketing Manager within the property industry
  • Creative and able to think outside the box
  • A team player.
  • Passionate about property.
  • Valid UK driving licence
