Job description.

We are currently recruiting a Marketing, PR and Events Manager for a leading developer. Reporting in to the Head of Marketing, the role pays between £38,000 and £48,000 plus car allowance of £5,500. You will work a mix from home (3/4 days a week) and at head office (1/2 days a week) in Barking, East London.

The business is looking for a proven professional to lead the marketing, PR and events strategy across key East London schemes.

You will be tasked with building the brand of the companies projects and ensure the developments are marketed to the highest standards.

This opportunity would suit an established Marketing, PR and Events Manager with experience in developing marketing strategies for residential developments. It is not a requirement to have worked for a housebuilder or developer but is an advantage.

You will be used to developing strategy and delivering integrated marketing campaigns, events and PR, whilst working to schedule and managing budgets.

You will build and develop key messages, communicating with the press and key stakeholders. You will have full responsibility in planning, creating and delivering all social media communications. Working with the wider marketing team, you will promote the brand across the agreed channels.

You will build a database of leads to promote the housebuilders developments. You will be responsible for events externally and internally and ensure all collateral is in line with target market requirements. You will work with other external agencies and manage the relationship and budgets.

You will be creative, innovative, proactive, a team-player and have a real passion for property. You will be able to manage multiple projects and will be highly organised and able to work to deadlines. It is essential you are self motivated, able to work within a team and have a hunger and desire to deliver to deadlines and budgets.  You will have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages and have used CRM systems, email systems and web CMS systems

You will report into the Head of Marketing and on offer is a basic salary of up to £48,000 plus package.

About you:

  • Marketing, Events and PR experience, ideally in property but not essential.
  • Creative and able to think outside the box.
  • Strong events coordination experience.
  • Excellent social media skills.
  • Ability to manage and deliver budgets.
  • A team player.
  • Passionate about property.
  • Valid UK driving license.
