Job description

We are recruiting for an excellent opportunity to work for a leading residential developer. Reporting into the Customer Care Manager, we are on the look out for an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join our client's growing team based at their offices near Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. 

The role is Monday to Friday and on offer is a basic salary of £28,000 - £30,000 DOE + bonus + excellent benefits.

The duties for this role will include:

- Being the first point of contact for the customer care team

- Keep all puchaser's files up to date and ensure they are compliant
- Keeping customers up to date the progress of their complaint 
- Contribute to customer reporting and forecasts
- Attend department meetings
- Logging defects 
- Produce accurate job sheets for sub contractors
- Ensure all administration is correct and compliant
- Reporting
- Telephone calls with the customers and sub contractors

Key requirements:

Ideally will have new homes customer service experience working for a housbuilder
Technically knowledge of the housebuilding industry
You will have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Proficient in the Microsoft Office programs
Experience with COINS or Salesforce would be an advantage
Able to work well within a team
Thrives in a fast paced environment
Customer friendly
Current and Valid UK driving licence

On offer is a basic salary of £28,000 - £30,000 DOE + bonus + excellent benefits.
