New Homes Sales Administrator (not a sales role)- Central London - Leading UK new homes developer - £20,000 - £25,000 + Package

We are currently recruiting an experienced Sales Administrator to work in the New Homes industry for a leading developer in Central London

Typical duties for this role will include:

Progressing all new build sales in a timely manner from reservation to completion
Liaising with customers
Prepare weekly sales reports and assist the Sales Manager with sales forecasts
Ensure purchaser's information is compliant and up to date
Assist with any customer queries
All basic administration duties
Inputting data onto the system

Key requirements:
The ideal candidate will have sales administration/ progression experience
New Homes Sales background also considered but not essential 
You will be very organised with a good eye for detail
Be very customer service focused
Possess excellent communication skills
Good team player
Based in Central London
