Job description TDM Recruitment are currently recruiting for a leading developer based in Waltham Cross. 

They are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join there busy team, New Homes Sales Administration would be advantageous. This role is Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week. 

The ideal candidate will be extremely organised, complete advanced tasks, previous experience in admin or PA.

Typical duties for this role will include:

All PA/Secretarial duties for the Group Sales & Marketing Director and Sales Director
Handling of inbound sales enquiries to Head Office.
Administering the sales database, including processing of all events
Checking all contracts and leases produced by the developers Legal Department 
Liaising with all Development based Sales Consultants

Key requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail is essential
Excellent IT skills
Confidence, diplomacy, patience and understanding when dealing with potentially difficult situations
Problem-solving skills
Excellent personal presentation.
Flexible and adaptable approach to confidently handle a variety of tasks
