Job description We are currently recruiting an experienced New Homes Sales Administrator to work for an industry leading developer based in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. This role is a 6 month fixed term contract however very likely to go permanent. 
New Homes Sales Administrator, salary up to £25,000.  Working days are Monday- Friday. 

Typical duties for this role will include:

- Progressing all new build sales in a timely manner from reservation to completion

- Liaising with customers

- Prepare weekly sales reports and assist the Sales Manager with sales forecasts

- Ensure purchaser's information is compliant and up to date

- Assist with any customer queries

- All basic administration duties

- Inputting data onto the system

Key requirements:

- The ideal candidate will have sales administration/ progression experience

- New Homes Sales background also considered but not essential 

- You will be very organised with a good eye for detail

- Be very customer service focused

- Possess excellent communication skills

- Good team player

- Based in Cheshunt
