Job description

We are currently recruiting for a new and exciting role for an experienced New Homes Sales Administrator to join a leading house builder and fast growing company.

Based in Central London offering a salary of £30,000 + bonus + excellent benefits.

Main duties will involve: 

-General administration duties 
-Track and record sales for reporting purposes
-When necessary assist with progression of sales
-Diary management/organise meetings
-Update website with up to date properties for sale
-Ordering of marketing collateral
-Assist with launch events
-Implement posts on social media
 
Key attributes

-Excellent computer skills, including excel.  
-Ideally you will have sales administration experience in a property capacity
-Great organisational skills
-Excellent telephone manner
-Willingness to support the team
-Good at working in a team and able to work under pressure when necessary.
