Job description

We are currently recruiting for a new and exciting role for an experienced New Homes Sales Administrator to join a luxury house builder and fast growing company.

Based in Cookham, Berkshire offering a salary between £25,000 and £28,000 (DOE) + bonus + excellent benefits.

Main duties will involve:

  • General administration duties
  • Track and record sales for reporting purposes
  • Diary management/organise meetings
  • Update website with up to date properties for sale
  • Ordering of marketing collateral
  • Assist with launch events
  • Implement posts on social media

 Key attributes:

  • Excellent computer skills, including excel
  • Ideally you will have sales or marketing administration experience in a property capacity
  • Great organisational skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Willingness to support the team
  • Good at working in a team and able to work under pressure when necessary.
