Job description New Homes Sales Admin/Sales Progressor - £25,000 - £30,000 plus bonus and package – Central London - NO WEEKENDS 

We are recruiting for an excellent opportunity to work for one of London’s top developers. We are hiring an experienced Sales Administrator for an excellent opportunity based in Central London. 

On offer is a basic salary up to £30,000 + excellent benefits and bonus - This is an office-based role working Monday - Friday - NO WEEKENDS

Typical duties for this role will include:
- Supporting the Sales & Marketing Director with sales administration; invoices and launches
- Liaising with customers; financial advisors and solicitors
- Prepare weekly sales reports and assist the Sales Manager with sales forecasts
- Assist with any customer queries

Key requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have sales administration/ coordinator experience working in the property industry (either new homes or agency)
- New Homes Sales background also considered
- You will be very organised with a good eye for detail
- Be very customer service focused
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Good team player
- Current and Valid UK driving licence
