Job description
We are currently recruiting an experienced New Homes Sales Administrator/ Progressor to work for an industry leading developer in Northampton. This role is permanent and would be working at head office supporting the Head of Sales and the Marketing Manager with marketing based administration. 

Typical duties for this role will include:

- Progressing all new build sales in a timely manner from reservation to completion
- Liaising with customers; financial advisors and solicitors
- Prepare weekly sales reports and assist the Sales Manager with sales forecasts
- Ensure purchaser's information is compliant and up to date
- Assist with any customer queries

- Assisting with Marketing duties such as updating websites, copy and preparing data for email campaigns. 


Key requirements:


- The ideal candidate will have sales administration/ progression experience working in the property industry
- You will be very organised with a good eye for detail
- Be very customer service focused
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Good team player
- Current and Valid UK driving licence
