New Homes Sales Coordinator

Job description
I am currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to join a premium 5-star house-builder in the Oxford area. You will be working for a fast-growing business in an exciting environment.
The package on offer is up to £25,000 basic salary (dependent on experience).
Ideally you will be from the house-building industry or have a conveyancing background. Having Administration & Secretarial/PA experience is essential.
Responsibilities include:
  • To take ownership of all sales administration in the office and to provide assistance to the Office Manager and Sales Directors where required.
  • Provide secretarial support to the Sales team, including general administration, letters, reports & spreadsheets.
  • Managing sales database & forecast information.
  • Producing weekly & monthly reports for sales division management team and adhering to deadlines. 
  • Assisting Head of Sales in dealing with management information from third parties
  • Communicating with third parties regarding customer purchasing r.e help to buy, shared equity
  • Liaise with legal department regarding exchanges, completions & any other relevancies
  • Register plots with relevant bodies including NHBC
  • Assist marketing coordinator with their duties
