New Homes Sales Manager

Job description

Our client is a leading house builder, covering huge schemes across London. Due to an increase in pipeline, the developer is now looking to on board a sales manager to run sites across Central London. 

Our client is willing to offer a generous salary of up to £65,000 for the perfect candidate, plus a high OTE per year. 

We are looking to recruit a hungry, passionate Sales Manager who is going to work towards progression in the company. You will need New Homes Sales experience for this role, and at least 12 months Sales Manager experience for a house builder. 

Due to the location of the sites, it is essential that you have a clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. It is expected for you to visit the sites on a weekly basis and manage the sales consultants on each site, ensuring everyone is excelling at what they're doing and are all highly motivated so that they are reaching targets. 

You will be reporting to the Sales Director and on offer is up to £65,000 plus generous package

 

Please bear in mind: only applicants with the required experience in New Homes sales at the required level will be considered. 

 

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent report writing skills 
  • Experience of managing more than one site 
  • Proven track record of meeting targets 
  • Driven to succeed 
  • Extensive New Homes sales experience with 1 year minimum as a Sales Manager for a house builder
  • Understanding and background of setting strategy and sales forecasting in the new homes industry. 

You will be rewarded with a generous basic salary of up to £65,000 plus package.
