Are you looking for a new challenge within the new homes sales industry? Do you have experience as a new homes sales negotiator? A fantastic opportunity has just presented itself for a sales negotiator to join a leading 5* house builder on a site in Watford.

The role offers a basic salary of up to £25,000 with an OTE of £47,000.

You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and build a rapport with customers to understand their needs and requirements for their new home! You will have exceptional communication skills and be effective in closing sales.

You must bring energy in your customer approach and focus on being proactive. With a bubbly, charismatic personality, you will join a supportive, progressive, and successful team working for a leading house builder.

The company is dynamic, forward thinking and committed to developing staff, offering some of the best training in the industry. They are recruiting for a sales negotiator to join them on a busy site based in Watford.

The company will consider applicants from an estate agency background if the individual has a positive approach and a desire to succeed.

You will be working with other sales negotiators on site so the ability to work within a team is essential.

The role is rota based so weekend working is a must but every 3 months, you will get weekends off for the whole month.


  • You will have at least 1 years’ experience within a sales negotiator role or estate agency
  • Motivated and sales hungry nature
  • Committed to delivering first class customer service
  • Highly organised
  • You will be available to work weekends
  • Valid UK driving licence
