A brand-new opportunity has presented itself for an experienced sales negotiator to develop their skills within an industry leading business, all whilst making a real difference in people’s lives. This role is based near Bozeat with a basic of up to £25,000, plus company car/car allowance, plus £45,000 OTE.

The company are looking for an experienced new homes sales negotiator who is a team player and is committed to delivering first class customer service. You will play an integral part in all sales operations. The role is based near Bozeat.

On offer is up to £25,000 basic salary, plus car allowance/company car, plus an OTE of £45,000.

As an experienced sales negotiator, you will have excellent negotiation skills and will also have a customer friendly attitude. You will be IT literate and able to adapt to new systems. For this role, you will be on the phone a lot so someone who is proactive and happy to work the database will be essential.

The days you will work for this role are Tuesday-Saturday so your days off will be Sunday and Monday.

Key requirements:

• Experience in new homes industry working for a housebuilder with a proven track record in delivering targets and selling high-quality homes
• Have broad product knowledge of the housing market
• Be computer literate and have confident communication skills
• Be comfortable in a challenging, fast paced environment and be target driven
• Available to work weekends
• Valid UK driving licence
