I’m currently looking for an experienced sales negotiator to join a new site based near Newmarket. If you’re looking for a role with a future, a large amount to sell and an attractive package, then this is the one for you.

The role boasts a basic salary of £26,000 plus uncapped commission and company benefits.

The company are looking for an experienced new homes sales negotiator who is a team player and is committed to delivering first class customer service. You will play an integral part in all sales operations. The role is based near Newmarket.

On offer is a £26,000 basic salary, plus uncapped commission, and other company benefits.

As an experienced sales negotiator, you will have excellent negotiation skills and will also have a customer friendly attitude. You will be IT literate and able to adapt to new systems. The company are looking for someone who is proactive and happy to work the database.

This role is based on a 7-day week rota. Your days off will be either Mon/Tues or Weds/Thurs. There are also opportunities to request weekends off through the rota.

 Key requirements:

• Experience in new homes industry working for a housebuilder with a proven track record in delivering targets and selling high-quality homes
• Have broad product knowledge of the housing market
• Be computer literate and have confident communication skills
• Be comfortable in a challenging, fast paced environment and be target driven
• Available to work weekends
• Valid UK driving licence
