Job description.
An exciting new opportunity for an ambitious sales negotiator has arisen. You will join a rapidly expanding developer to deliver a first-class customer journey! The role is based near Wilstead, Bedfordshire, with a £25k basic plus £55k uncapped commission on offer.
As an experienced new homes sales negotiator, you will have excellent negotiation skills and a customer friendly attitude. Excellent customer service is essential to the values of the housebuilder, you will be well-presented and deliver an excellent customer journey. You will be IT literate and hard-working.
The company are growing at a fast pace and are therefore looking for someone who can join them and hit the ground running. The commission structure allows you to exceed all targets set, with some of the highest earners currently hitting the £70k mark.
You will be flexible and open to working weekends, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off.
You will have needed to work in a similar role before for a housebuilder or developer.
Key requirements:
- Experience in New Homes industry working for a housebuilder with a proven track record in delivering targets and selling high-quality homes
- Have broad product knowledge of the housing market
- Be computer literate and have confident communication skills
- Be comfortable in a challenging, fast paced environment and be target driven
- Available to work weekends
- Valid UK driving licence
