Job description.
I’m working on a fantastic new opportunity that will suit an ambitious new homes sales negotiator. The role is for a well-established 5* developer and is based near St Neots, Cambridgeshire.
The company are known for their high specification product and their customer journey. They are looking for someone who puts the customer at the heart of everything they do and someone who can be proactive in their selling approach with a bubbly personality.
On offer is a basic of up to £25,000 plus a realistic OTE of £55k (uncapped commission) plus door-to-door mileage.
You will be key in offering a fantastic customer experience and will play an integral part in each stage of the sales process. In return, the company will offer you first-class training, lots of support and a highly competitive package!
Just to reiterate, on offer is up to £25,000 plus uncapped commission, plus mileage- this is one not to be missed!
As an experienced new homes sales negotiator, you will have excellent negotiation skills and will also have a customer friendly attitude. Flawless customer service is essential to the values of this developer!
You will be flexible and open to working weekends, with Tuesday and Wednesday being your days off. You will be based on a site near St Neots, Cambridgeshire.
Key requirements:
- Experience in New Homes industry working for a residential developer with a proven track record in achieving targets and selling high-quality homes
- Have broad product knowledge of the housing market
- Be computer literate and have confident communication skills
- Be comfortable in a challenging, fast paced environment and be target driven
- Available to work weekends
- Valid UK driving licence
