Job description.
A new opportunity has come through for a new homes sales negotiator to join a leading house developer based on site at Poplar, East London.
The role offers a basic salary of up to £32,000 plus £50,000 OTE (uncapped).
With previous experience as a new homes sales negotiator, you will have exemplary interpersonal skills as well as be able to build and maintain relationships with customers to support them with the transition into their new home. You will have exceptional communication skills and a strong background in converting leads into a sale.
You will be energetic in your customer approach and focus on being proactive. With a forward-thinking, charismatic personality, you will join a supportive, progressive, and successful team, selling shared ownership units.
On offer is up to £32,000 plus £50,000 uncapped OTE with Sunday’s and Monday’s off.
Requirements:
- You will have at least 1 years’ experience as a sales consultant for a housebuilder with shared ownership knowledge.
- Motivated and results driven
- Committed to delivering first class customer journey
- Highly organised
- Able to work weekends
