I have an opportunity to work with a fast-growing leading PLC housebuilder on a volume site with fantastic earning potential.

We are now recruiting New Homes Sales Negotiators to join them on a brand new site just outside Blewbury, Oxon. On offer is a basic package of up to £25,000 (dependent on experience) and a realistic OTE of up to £45,000 plus mileage contributions. 

They also will be giving a minimum of 1 weekend off in 4! Also, at less busier periods you will be able to have alternate weekends! 

You will have sales experience in new homes, having worked for a house builder. You will be a team player but also self-motivated with a target driven attitude. You will have excellent negotiation skills gained from your previous role(s), and will also have a customer friendly attitude. The extent of growth in the area means that long-term career progression will be a given.

Reporting into the Sales Manager, the working week will be based on a 7 day rota. Hours will be discussed at point of interview. 

On offer is a basic package of up to £25,000 (dependent on experience) and a realistic OTE of up to £45,000 plus mileage paid.

Please note: only applicants with experience in new homes sales will be considered.

  • New homes sales experience
  • Driven by hitting targets
  • Extremely self-motivated
  • Customer friendly
  • Current and Valid UK driving licence
  • Must be able to work weekends (Minimum of 1 weekend in 4 off given!)
