Job description

We are currently recruiting a New Homes Sales Negotiator to work for an industry leading estate agent on the Halisham, West Sussex.

Salary on offer is up to £24,000 base, plus bonus & other excellent company benefits.  Working days and hours will be discussed at interview for this is a full-time position, but please do expect to work weekends.

Full time and part positions will be available.

You will have experience selling off-plan residential units ideally having worked as a Sales Negotiator for a house builder directly or through an estate agency before.

For this role duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting customers on site
  • Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements
  • Dealing with incoming sales inquiries
  • Taking customers on viewings
  • Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
  • Involvement of marketing and PR on site
  • Ensuring the sales suite is presentable
  • Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date.

Key requirements:

  • Have new homes experience
  • Have access to your own transport
  • Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office
  • Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
  • Be confident on a standalone site
  • Be immaculately presented
  • Be available to work flexible shifts including weekends.
