Job description
We are currently recruiting a Senior New Homes Sales Negotiator to work for a market leading housing developer in Hertfordshire. This role is permanent and would be working on a site in a busy sales and marketing suite. There are flexible working patterns which can be discussed at interview.
New Homes Sales Negotiator Salary up to £30,000 as a basic with an OTE of £50,000. Working days and hours will be discussed at interview stage for this role however, there is 1 weekend off in 4!
You will have experience selling residential units ideally having worked as a Sales Neg for a house builder or developer.
For this role duties will include:

Meeting and greeting customers on site
•
Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements
•
Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
•
Taking customers on viewings
•
Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
•
Ensuring the sales suite is presentable
•
Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date.
Key requirements:
•
Have new homes experience
•
Have access to your own/public transport
•
Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office
•
Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
•
Be immaculately presented
•
Be available to work flexible shifts including weekends.
