Job description

We are currently recruiting for experienced New Homes Sales Negotiators to work for one of the leading developers in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.

On offer is a basic salary or £23,000 - £27,000, £50,000 OTE and 1 weekend off in 4. This leading developer offers a generous package on top of the usual salary benefits, with plenty of perks and a vibrant place to work, would you like to know more?

You will have experience selling off-plan residential units ideally having worked as a Sales Negotiator for a house builder or developer.  My client is looking for experience within the house builder industry, or working for an agency supporting a developer. 

For this role duties will include:

Meeting and greeting customers on site
Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements 
Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
Taking customers on viewings 
Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
Ensuring the sales suite is presentable 
Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date.

Key requirements:

Have new homes or estate agency experience 
Have access to your own transport
Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office
Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
Be immaculately presented
Be available to work flexible shifts including weekends.

This vacancy is for a New Homes Sales Negotiator based in Peterborough with a base salary on offer of up to £27,000 with on target earnings of £50,000.
