Job description We are currently recruiting an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to work for a house builder in Ewhurst, Surrey. This role is permanent and will be working onsite in a busy marketing suite.

The salary on offer is £25,000 base with an increase after 6 months to £27,000 plus £400 per plot commission, mileage contributions are included after a 10-mile radius plus other excellent benefits.

The working week will require weekends, hours are 11am until 5pm and the candidate must drive with access to their own transport.

Ideally you will have experience selling off-plan residential units as a Sales Negotiator for a house builder or developer.

Meeting and greeting customers on site
Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements
Dealing with incoming sales inquiries
Taking customers on viewings
Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
Ensuring the sales suite is presentable
Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date.
Key requirements:

Must hold a full drivers’ licence and access to your own vehicle
Must have new homes sales experience
Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office
Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
Be immaculately presented
Confidently work alone
Be available to work flexible shifts including weekends.
