Job description We are currently recruiting a Senior New Homes Sales Negotiator to work for a social housing developer in North-East London. This role is permanent and would be working on a site in a busy sales and marketing suite. There are flexible working patterns which can be discussed at interview.

New Homes Sales Negotiator Salary up to £30,000 as a basic with an OTE of £50,000. Working days and hours will be discussed at interview stage for this 5x day a week role. There are flexible working patterns which can be discussed at interview.

You will have experience selling residential units ideally having worked as a Sales Neg for a house builder or developer. 

For this role duties will include:

Meeting and greeting customers on site
Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements 
Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
Taking customers on viewings 
Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
Ensuring the sales suite is presentable 
Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date.

Key requirements:

Have new homes experience 
Have access to your own/public transport
Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office
Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
Be immaculately presented
Be available to work flexible shifts including weekends.
