Job description I have an opportunity to work as a Sales Negotiator with a leading PLC housebuilder.

We are now recruiting New Homes Sales Negotiators to join them one of a number of developments across Hertfordshire. On offer is a basic salary of up to £30,000 (dependent on experience) and a realistic OTE of £50,000.

The successful candidate will have experience working in another New Homes Sales position. The successful candidate will be a team player but also self-motivated and tenacious individual with a target driven attitude. You will have excellent negotiation skills gained from your previous role(s), and will also have a customer friendly attitude. The extent of growth in the area means that long-term career progression will be a given.

Reporting into the Sales Manager, the working week will be on a 7 day rota. Hours will be discussed at point of interview. Weekend availability to work is a must.

Immaculately presented
Current & Valid UK driving licence
MUST be able to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with no exceptions
