New Homes Sales Negotiator

Job description The client is well known for being extremely successful and multi award winning, with hundreds of developments up and down the country, this region (regarded as one of the most successful) are looking to strengthen the Sales team, in the form of a Sales Negotiator.

The salary on offer is up to £28,000 on the base depending on experience with an OTE of up to £55,000.  Working days and hours will be discussed at interview for this 5 x day a week role but there is 1 in 4 weekends off. You will have experience selling help to buy residential units ideally having worked as a Sales Negotiator for a house builder or leading developer.


Duties will include:

Meeting and greeting customers on site
Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements
Dealing with incoming sales inquiries
Taking customers on viewings
Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
Ensuring the sales suite is presentable
Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date.


Key requirements:

Must have new homes experience
Show leadership and confident to manage a site alone
Have access to your own transport
Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office
Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
Be immaculately presented
Be available to work flexible shifts including weekends.
