New Homes Sales Negotiator

Job description

My client is well known for building award-winning homes across the country in key locations, this region, regarded one of the best out of the 44 they operate in is now looking to expand due to demand. Known for taking on projects that create new homes in desirable locations and communities with customer care as a top priority, my client is looking to speak with Sales Negotiators with experience in new homes to reflect their superior reputation. 


The salary on offer is £29,000 on the base depending on experience with an OTE of £50,000.  Working days and hours will be discussed at interview for this 5x day a week role but there is 1 in 4 weekends off. You will have experience selling help to buy residential units ideally having a background as a Sales Negotiator for a house builder or leading developer.


Duties will include:

Meeting and greeting customers on site
Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements
Dealing with incoming sales inquiries
Taking customers on viewings
Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
Ensuring the sales suite is presentable
Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date.


Key requirements:

Must have new homes experience
Show leadership and confident to manage a site alone
Have access to your own transport
Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office
Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
Be immaculately presented
Be available to work flexible shifts including weekends.
