Job description My client is a privately-owned luxury house builder. They build to exceptional quality, with the highest standards from design to finish. With fast growth and development in the last 15 years this client has earned a reputation as the leading independent house build, in and around the home counties. The client is looking to hire an experienced Sales Negotiator for a brand-new luxury site. The 70-unit site is starting soon, and the successful candidate will be reporting directly into the Sales Manager. 
You will have experience selling off-plan residential units ideally having worked as a Sales Negotiator for a house builder or developer.  

For this role duties will include:

Meeting and greeting customers on site
Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements 
Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
Taking customers on viewings 
Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
Ensuring the sales suite is presentable 
Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date.

Key requirements:

Have new homes or estate agency experience 
Have access to your own transport
Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office
Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
Be immaculately presented
Be available to work flexible shifts including weekends (1 weekend off in 4)
