New Homes Sales Negotiator

Job description The client is a well-established, regional residential developer with 70 years’ experience in the industry. The clients well earnt honorable reputation doesn’t just come from customer fulfilment, it is also their build excellence, endorsed by the NHBC. This region won numerous awards this year and the client is looking to increase their Sales teams to continue their success. 

The package is £25,000 - £28,000 basic salary, plus OTE of £45,000 - £50,000.

The successful candidate will have experience working in another New Homes Sales position. The successful candidate will be a team player but also self-motivated and tenacious individual with a target driven attitude.

You will have excellent negotiation skills gained from your previous role(s) and will also have a customer friendly attitude. The extent of growth in the area means that long-term career progression will be a given.

Reporting into the Sales Manager, the working week will be on a 7 day rota. Hours will be discussed at point of interview. Weekend availability to work is a must.

Current & Valid UK driving licence
MUST be away to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with no exceptions
