I have a new exciting role for a Privately Owned Developer for a New Homes Sales Negotiator. 

We are now recruiting for a New Homes Sales Negotiators to join them on a development in the Amesbury area, Wiltshire. On offer is a basic salary of up to £25,000 (dependent on experience) and a realistic OTE of £55,000.

This Developer is offering 1 in 4 weekends off, with door to door mileage paid. 

The successful candidate will have experience working with a New homes developer and will be self-motivated as well as a team player. They are looking for a hardworking target driven individual with a customer friendly attitude. 

Reporting into the Sales Manager, the working week will be on a 7 day rota. Hours will be discussed at point of interview. Weekend availability to work is a must.

  • Current & Valid UK driving licence
  • MUST be away to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with no exceptions
