New Homes Sales Negotiator

Job description

We are currently recruiting for a 5-star developer who are looking for a experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to join their team.

This role will be based in Wolverhampton and on offer is up to £25,000 on the basic with an OTE of £45,000. 

You will be reporting to a Sales Manager and the working week will be on a 7 day rota. Specific working hours and days will be discussed at point of interview but this role does include working every weekend. 

To be successful in this role you will need to have some New Homes Sales experience. 

Our client is looking for someone sales driven,  extremely self-motivated and dedicated to getting a job done to the highest possible level. 

Please bear in mind only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered for this role. 

 

The suitable candidate for this role:

- Experience within customer facing sales

-Must be happy to work weekends

-Customer service experience/focused

-Self motivated to reach and exceed set targets 

-Must be have full UK driving licence

 

Requirements of the role:

- Self motivated individual 

-Achieving and exceeding set targets 

-Previous New Homes experience 

-Strong customer service skills

-Smart appearance
