Job description

Our client is looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator, to join their current team on a site based in Surrey. 

The developer is a privately-owned developer, selling high spec, designer homes. 

On offer is up to £25,000 on the basic for the first 6 months going up after probation, plus £400 commission per plot, they are also offering 10 miles fuel coverage. 

This role is a full time position, and will be on a 7 day rota, including weekends, specific hours and days will be discussed at point of interview.

To be successful in your application you will need to have relevant sales experience within the new homes industry.

You will have excellent negotiation skills gained from your previous role(s), and will also have a customer friendly attitude. The extent of growth in the area means that long-term career progression will be a given.

You will be reporting into the sales manager.

Please note: only applicants with experience in new homes sales will be considered.

  • Current and Valid UK driving licence
  • MUST be able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with no exceptions
