Job description

Our client is currently looking for a experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to join their team on a huge site based in Canterbury, Kent. 

The developer is looking to hire someone by January. 

You will be working on a 7 day rota, including weekends, so you will you have 2 days off in the week. 

We are looking for someone money motivated, target driven and enthusiastic to make a great addition to the current team. 

On offer is up to £27,000 basic, with a generous OTE. 

Specific hours and days will be discussed at point of interview, as well as the commission structure.

Please note: only applicants with experience in new homes sales will be considered.

Key requirements:

  • Energetic, money motivated and ambitious
  • Driven by hitting targets
  • Extremely self-motivated
  • Customer friendly
  • Immaculately presented
  • Current and Valid UK driving licence
  • MUST be able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with no exceptions

The suitable candidate for the role:

  • Self motivated individual
  • Achieving and exceeding set targets
  • Previous New Homes experience 
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Smart appearance
