Job description

Our client is looking to recruit a New Homes Sales Negotiator to join their team on a high spec site based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent area. 

Salary is currently totally negotiable depending on experience. 

This site is open 7 days a week, so you will be required to work weekends, with 2 days off during the week. The site is open 10-4 daily. 

Our client is looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator, so relevant sales experience is required within the New Homes Industry!

Specific working days and working hours will be discussed at point of interview.

You will have excellent negotiation skills gained from your previous role(s), and will also have a customer friendly attitude. The extent of growth in the area means that long-term career progression will be a given.

You will be reporting into the sales manager.

Please note: only applicants with experience in new homes sales will be considered.

  • Current and Valid UK driving licence
  • MUST be able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with no exceptions
